Understanding Our ECR Manager
ECR Manager is our own incident management software, built to support both emergency and event operations. Used by a wide range of control rooms, it provides a shared, real-time picture of issues and necessary information, all through a user interface that is highly user friendly and flexible.
The incident management system is a G-cloud 12 Government approved platform, in use in several UK cities and counties, and has been used for incredible events such as Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee.
ECR Manager Modules

- ECR Connect for incident and routine reporting from users on the ground
- ECR Count with integrated crowd monitoring tools from Crowdscan and Attend2IT
- What3Words for precise incident location reporting to the control room
Flexible by design, ECR Manager is available on a per-event or annual basis and tailored to your needs.
