The Challenge

Sefton Council required dependable event control operations and radio communications support for large scale public events involving multiple teams, stakeholders and operational partners.

The events required effective coordination, clear communications and reliable operational logging capable of supporting both live incident management and post event reporting requirements.

Approach & Solution

Controlled Events organised and managed up to 100 handheld radios for each event, providing robust communications support across operational teams and stakeholders.

The scope of support expanded to include full Event Control Room management and deployment of the ECR Manager logging platform, enabling real time operational coordination and incident management.

Controlled Events worked closely with Sefton Council and partner agencies throughout live operations, supporting communication, situational awareness and coordinated decision making during each event.
